Let’s Talk

At POSH, we strive for perfection and thorough communication. Please take the time to fill out this form so we have an initial understanding of your project or need of improvements. We’ve discovered this is the best process to start the ball rolling.

I’ll be in touch within one business day.

Thank You. We deeply appreciate your interest in working with POSH to achieve lifestyle spaces throughout your home.

Homeowner’s Prep for Improvement

BE READY TO MAKE DECISIONS Colors and features are endless these days. I love working from visual room ideas (Pinterest & Home Magazines). We’ll work through samples of colors, flooring, accents, wallpaper, etc. I am committed to working with clients during each aspect of the project. We understand ideas sometime change. Just remember, making  major changes during the job can be costly for both your time and budget.

CLEAN – DECLUTTER As START day draws near, its time to completely clean out the space you are having renovated.  Figure on this space to be unusable for the duration of the project.  We don’t move furniture or pianos, so please allocate other rooms to store these items.  It's also helpful to utilize our clients garage parking space for project material storage or workspace.

PREPARE FOR A LITTLE DUST  POSH prides itself in an organized and clean renovation, but certain days especially during demo will get dusty. I recommend not hosting others until after the project is complete - the best time then to show off your new exciting lifestyle spaces. I will let you know when any heavy sanding/millwork or spray painting is going to take place so you can shut off your furnace (dust travels fast when the furnace is on). Each day we will pick up the project area trash and organize any material storage in the project space.

GOING TO BE A LITTLE NOISY Babies and pets do not do well in work areas. Renovating is loud, and some days are louder than others. We’ll agree on prescheduled work hours and ask that our clients understand that we will be in and out during work periods with as much consideration as possible for your family and busy home.

ALWAYS COMMUNICATE My best advice – see something, say something. I want to beat your expectations, so let us know any concerns, questions, and ideas. I will start a project text thread the week leading up to start day that includes you and anyone else on my team, so that throughout the project when questions arise or we need to communicate any changes in schedule. Our goal is to be highly connected during the project, so we stay on the same page.
